With over a decade of experience helping families overcome parenting challenges, communication barriers, or financial conflict in marriage or divorce, Nikki is dedicated to guiding individuals and couples toward clarity, understanding, and mutual respect. Her background in Family Life and Human Development and her certification as a Basic & Domestic Mediator through the University of Utah allow her to create a supportive, balanced environment where every voice is valued.

Nikki brings a uniquely diverse professional background which gives her the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. As a mediator and Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), she has also worked closely with attorneys and guardian ad litems, strengthening her compassion-centered approach to supporting vulnerable children and families.
