I'm Nikki, and I started Rocky Mountain Mediation because I believe every family deserves a path forward that honors everyone involved — especially the children. With over a decade of experience helping families navigate parenting challenges, communication barriers, and financial conflict in marriage or divorce, my degree in Family Life and Human Development and certification as a Basic & Domestic Mediator through the University of Utah allow me to create a supportive, balanced environment where every voice is valued.

As a certified mediator and Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), I've worked closely alongside attorneys and guardians ad litem, and my uniquely diverse professional background allows me to connect with people from all walks of life.
