Nikki Jorden – Founder and Mediator

Nikki is a trained mediator with a diverse background, having worked as an auditor, legal assistant, veterinary technician, coach and with law enforcement. In addition, she is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), trained to advocate and work with guardian ad litems for abused and neglected children.

She founded Rocky Mountain Mediation, a mediation and conflict resolution practice offering mediation, training and conflict coaching. She received her certificate in mediation from the University of Utah. She is passionate about bringing people together to work through conflicts productively through mediation.

Nikki’s goal as a certified mediator is to settle cases and disputes before clients spend thousands of dollars in litigation costs. Nikki enjoys using mediation to help parties solve family and domestic disputes, workplace conflicts, parent and school conflict, commercial and contract disputes, as well as issues with landlords tenants outside of the courtroom. She believes in helping people engage constructively and navigate conflict successfully through mediation.
